Struggling to believe these people survived all that time outside the base with their fear of confronting 1 zombie in an assumed sealed basement.. ARMED with guns.<br>Why you would want to leave one down there banging on the infrastructure is beyond me did no one think things would get damaged and need patching? that they might need to access that at some point to actually conduct a repair?

Oh, I don't know. Create a sound maker in the sub-level to draw out Toomes. A 2 way radio where you talk constantly to draw him out. And all the others that became active. According to the internet 3-3-2 in military code is "Stand By."
