Finally someone who chooses well for the second child as well instead of just switching back the children and letting the child be tormented by his own mother

This story had a good ending for baby Duanji.  I like stories where the innocent child ends up with a happy ending even though his bio-parents were bad. 👍

Swapping babies is difficult if the mother already seen and smell her own child. We recognize our own immediately. No 2 babys' look alike at all.

I don't think a baby swap within the royal family would easily occur, as whoever holds the position of emperor is a cautious individual—and certainly, no detail, however small, escapes the emperor's notice. If such a thing were to happen, it would mean the Emperor had deliberately allowed it.

You can identify a newborn & 1 month old easily by their umbilical cord.

I like this even tho it’s shorter than most cuz it gets to the point. Sometimes I have to skip thru all the annoying extra ish

Not being funny but who in their right mind would want to in the emperor palace. Unless you’re the emperor

For once swapped babes have right , sane justice delivering moms , unlike other movies the same story lines , love the guardedness of mom to be ever vigilant , caring but protective , as those who always intends harm and hidden goals , is always for GREED OF POWER

Make it make sense.as far as I remember if the bloodline was in question, they do a blood test, pricking the foot or finger of the child and the parent, if the blood mingled together, in a bowl of water, this drama was okay, at least baby Duanji, had a good chance to live, most drama if not royal blood, they would find a home outside of palace, grow up as slave, or killed by poison ,most times concubines and their children rarely survive, unless favored by the emperor, or have strong family connections,Lynwood,Illinois ❤
