2 minutes silence for those, who haven't watched "The Dark Knight Trilogy". And thinks that "Avengers" series is the best out there. 🦇

"Batman! Batman! Why is he running, Dad?"
"Because we have to chase him."
"He didn't do anything wrong."
"Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian. A watchful protector...."

"...A Dark Knight "

 It's odd but...
Although the Joker is meant to be as a 'force for evil' in this movie, I can't help but think he, like Wayne and Dent, were victims.
Wayne lost his childhood when he lost his parents, Dent was turned into a monster by grief. We don't know what made the Joker what he was. But when he said to Batman, 'I took Gotham's White Knight and brought him down to our level' all I could think was 'he knows he's a monster'.
Which meant that once upon a time he was something else.

If a good man like Dent could 'fall' then maybe the Joker was once a good man.

And that was the real horror. At the end of this film I feltlike weeping, not just for Batman but also Dent, and whoever the Joker once was.

What an amazing piece of filmmaking. And what amazing acting, from all of them.
Bless you Heath.

A hero can be anyone. Even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy's shoulders to let him know that the world hadn't ended.

I am 27 now and remember seeing this as a boy in cinemas. This track really makes me realise how much the world has changed since 2008.
