"You're not meeting any riding buddies watching YouTube videos..." classic. I've taken classes with PacMoto here in Bend and Bret Tkacs out in Washington. Have stayed in touch with both and a couple riders from those days as well. Bret's 3 day class was amazing and exhausting. I think a good piece of advice is to go in knowing you'll be up, down, on, off and pushing yourself ALOT for 6 hours of riding or so each day. Plenty of breaks and snacks and water. Also, sleep well. Appreciate your videos and content.

I have my training scheduled for 12 september on a crf300l Rally, I am used to the tenere, but want to be able to offroad on a smaller bike to :D

I paid for adv lessons and they have postponed them twice because of bad weather, which feels kind of ironic to me. Therefore, I'll keep learning by myself and hoping for the best.

Your facility looks great with yurts etc...a bit more upscale than some of the more raw options in Colorado (although their food and instructors are excellent). I've done beginner and advanced hands on training and agree, get off the couch and get out there with the instructors to up your adv rider game.
