  The editing and camera work is stellar! (You two are consistent with producing high quality content.) I also appreciate the narration (script). It’s always whimsically worded, and filled to the brim with pertinent information, as well as interesting &amp; fun trivia facts.

  I’m glad to see comments on editing and camera-work. I was just mentioning that to my son as we watched. The “quality” of your videos is ALWAYS incredible.   I just wanted to say that your YouTube shows were the highlight of the week for my wife for the past 5 years. &nbsp;She always asked if Dale and Paula had a new show for the week. &nbsp;My wife passed away this past week and I will forever be grateful for the ray of sunshine you brought into her life every week.

  I have watched many buffet reviews by many YouTubers. They were underwhelming and failed to really give a sense of what to expect from the buffet. But you folks have done your video so professionally and presented the buffet so uniquely. I see a master class in the future. Pls keep up the great work. Always entertained and learning new information.

  I am not sure anyone else I’ve seen or watched can capture things quite like you do! Your camera work is so smooth and intentional, the editing so flawless and professional. Beautiful video! So many things to choose from, wild variety for 8am!!!!! Great video!

  The Cosmopolitan and the Wicked Spoon will always be dear to my heart. &nbsp;It is where I stayed when I made my first and only trip there in 2019. &nbsp;It is just as you described....wonderful! &nbsp; The hotel itself is glamorous and amazing. &nbsp;Thank you for sharing!!!!!

  Dale looks so cute in his chef’s outfit! Maybe he can guest star on the next Paula’s Kitchen. Paula great job showing all they had to offer. I really miss the days when the buffet was just a good cheap place to eat. The new buffets are too fancy for me.
