When we were kids we couldn’t wait to get the Sears Wish Book. Thick as a phone book and filled with page after page of toys.

I remember when my Payless store was closing, my mother and I were purchasing discounted sneakers when I overheard a conversation one of the salespeople had with a customer. This person said that once Payless was sold and the experienced, older workers were let go, the quality of service.went down since the younger ones did not know the products.<br> Of course, that isn't the chief reason for the closure but MAYBE a tiny bit true somewhere?
