When we decided to take on this project, we knew that there was a risk involved, as we weren't so sure how many people would still care about Bloodborne this far after its release, but seeing the amount of people who are still as passionate about Bloodborne as we are, and the amazing comments and support you've shown, it's why we love making these videos, THANK YOU!
If you'd like to further help this channel grow, please visit our Patreon and take a look at what we have to offer:
https://www.patreon.com/thebrotherscode

My favourite thing about BB's implementation of cosmic horror tropes is that despite the existence of Great Old Ones, the real horror comes from the humans and their hubris

"It just isn't fair" is a perfect statement to describe humanity in bloodborne, like petulant children, believing they are owed greatness when in reality they are so far below the great ones

The outer God ending is perfect because of the doll. The doll says & i quote
"......of course I do love you, Isn't that how you made me?"
And that same doll now looks after the infant Great one. If we forget about being a human, The person who guides us is literally made of compassion. We teach ourselves love and compassion through our creation: The doll

vaatis old video was incredible but as the years went on it felt lacking in some aspects, this video not only filled the gaps but added WAY more context to the timeline, the narration was incredible and truly worthy of some madman's respect. Our eyes have been opened.

Man, hearing gherman cry out for help with such desperation and knowing help is never coming is honestly soul crushing. That line weighs so much more when you fight him at the end. Isshin sword Saint is their best boss ever but the lore and reason behind fighting Gherman is hands down fromsoftware’s best achievement in story telling.

Ghermans final voice lines as you deny the way out of the dream will always hit me, the sadness of home believing you’ve started losing your mind in the hunt, the solemn determination to put you down. Gave me chills

This was suppose to be the story of Bloodborne, but it actually ended up being a Rom roast

The bloody sceleton beating on the gates in the Nightmare will forever be the most nightmarish thing this game showed me.
What was done to that person, what fear was so horrific that it stayed with the bones long after the flesh has left them?

Actually I think being reborn as a great one is the good ending because you see the doll looking after the reborn hunter in the final cutscene, and perhaps the doll will nurture this infant great one and teach it empathy and human values
