  All it takes is for Ferrari to bring out a normally aspirated V8 again and the market will die on these older ones.

  I take a 296 over any supercar on the market now, and about the Pista is the best superca for the last 20 maybe more years! I&apos;ve driven practically every car since I started working with this type of car 16 years ago, and the Pista with everything switched off is one of the most fun cars ever made!

  I&apos;m no Multi millionaire but still doesn&apos;t stop me from having favourite dream cars. Back then when I was 15, Koenigseggs, Pagani, Bugatti, LaFerrari, Veneno and all such new hypercars were my favourites. But as I grew up I completely switched to loving cars with motorsport heritage only. The likes of BMW M3, 911 GT3RS, AMG GTR, Corvette Z06, 488 GTB, Honda NSX and so on. Hypercars are just a fancy paper weight in some rich guy&apos;s garage, driving 10 miles a year and almost never seen on road. It&apos;s not just pointless, it&apos;s beyond that. See, back in the 90s &amp; 00s hypercars felt natural and real when they actually raced in GT1 like CLK GTR, F40 LM, XJ220S, MC12 GT1, Saleen S7R etc. Those stories behind their racing legacy at least justified their million plus price tag. Boutique and one-off cars are just an equivalent of an overpriced luxury watch, you pay for badge and the jewels, not the tech, durability and heritage.

  I love cars always have but nowadays even if I had the cash flow I wouldn’t buy anything past 2016. I can’t deal with the all of the interference coming from so many screens and safety systems. They’re just undesirable money pits that unlike their predecessors will not have anyone buying them 20 years from now.
