  I&apos;m a conversationalist so its easy for me. When young women want to talk, i assume its to pass the time. Not because she is attracted to me. They are at work, &nbsp;it can be boring &amp; monotonous, &amp; speaking with someone who can listen &amp; keep the conversation going makes the day easier. Its called Keeping Company in the South. A gentleman should know how to keep company, without having the conversation circle back to is there any chance I am getting laid here? Because there probably isnt. I enjoy their company for that moment only &amp; if they are actually attracted they will let me know. As older men, its our role to assume she wants mental company &amp; leave the door open if we likewise find her attractive. It has to be mutual to go anywhere. Remember, she has friends. If you dont find her attractive, but can carry on anyway with her, that in itself is an attractive trait. Maybe she will introduce you to a GF. But foremost be the mature guy who has ears bigger than the mouth. Most men are just waiting their turn to speak, not listening. She wants to be heard &amp; understood.   Seeing that they&apos;re attracted to you is the easiest part by far<br>Attraction does not always equal wanting to act. <br>Im a guy and I have many reasons for not wanting to get involved with women Im attracted to. It varies by the woman<br>The hard part is the older man making a move on a younger woman. You fuck that up and none of this matters<br>I say it&apos;s easier for them to be the more bold one.
