  It&apos;s not just the soft speaking that makes it great ASMR but the silent gaps too. Too many ASMR artists try to fill these gaps with babble and it doesn&apos;t work. 10/10 👌

  This video is near perfection, hand examinations are excellent, especially the more silent parts with an occasional sound, SRP&apos;s voice is utterly hypnotic to me.

  I swear this guy nails asmr medical because he KNOWS the proper damn cadence and tone for it. No random babbling unnecessary sounds or clicks/ultra slow dragging out of words. <br><br>He speaks professionally, calmly, I mean if you googled &apos;hey how should a doctor sound?&apos; it would just bring you this guy in the results 😂 thank you man I&apos;ve followed this channel since you first started uploading.

  I imagine I&apos;m not supposed to question the magic of ASMR, but I admit I&apos;m curious if this is an example of a real examination or if you&apos;ve created this examination. It&apos;s expertly done to the point I simply cannot tell.
