The creator says "I just got flashbacks as an American" (0:19-0:21) after spawning into the game Avionics Plane Crash Simulator. He says this while observing his character standing on a runway surrounded by several large skyscrapers. The comment is a reference to the historical events of the September 11 terrorist attacks, where commercial aircraft were flown into high-rise buildings in the United States.
