In this video, I prove how a mobile game has stolen videos from me (and others) to use in false advertising. Thanks for watching.

I rate this game a civil lawsuit/10

The 3.9 rating is probably because they had bots post fake 5 star reviews. They've got more 1 star reviews than 4 star reviews, that's a red flag.

How dare they insult Peeb, Jerd, Joof and Ian in such a sleezy way! You tell 'em Jerd!

The guy who has played and beaten every Hydlide game saying "don't play this one" hurts way more than any one star review ever could.

Using someone's footage to advertise your unrelated project is an actual DMCA problem. Get em!

This happens so often.

People have NO idea JUST how skeezy and scammy mobile gaming has become.

I studied game design in college and mobile gaming is the fastest growing part of gaming and makes crazy amounts of money, but there's SOOOOO much sketchiness and low-quality 💩 and money-grab nonsense.

Like, it's a plague on the gaming community, seriously.

That's why my final rating for this game, is a copyright infringement out of ten.

Really the "throwing a pebble at a tidal wave" is the take-away here. Think of it like this: The mobile-games market and marketing industry is generated for clicks so that they can sell ad-space. A lot of the behaviors are bot-like and lack compassion exactly because there is no repercussion. I would not be surprised if the company that lists this game on the store is just one of MANY shell companies operating under a larger umbrella that then advertises it's ability to have their ads reach an audience. It's a symptom of a much larger issue.

There's also mobile ads that dub over Projared talking to make it seem like he's advertising games.

I really appreciate that even in a serious subject like this, Jared still uses his NPC voices, it's awesome
