  Ive been running this too, especially in the bot lane vs poke drafts. The build is good because its safe early, give you more teamfight time, an escape, and you get the 2 items spike. You can really space out and edge people better. I think of it like : Fleet if you want to play off your Q and move clicks, and LT if you want to play of your Auto E's. Once you spike it doesnt matter which runes you have, just matters on how fast you get 100% crit

  I tried some Yasuo with fleet and celerity. I used Phantom dancer, and everything to up his movespeed. I got it to around 500, wich is crazy. If you use it well, i think it could be really good.

  im loving stormrzor but im conflicted, i dont really like going 3 crit items but no shieldbow and you are too squishy and no IE and you lack damage so im not sure

  Broski the quality of the video is awful. Last video was fine so i dont get it. Even in 1080p it looks terrible.
