I feel so sorry for Mark the Manager, he doesn’t get any support from Christian and that reservations woman. Such disrespect. Mark puts his heart and soul into his job and deserves better from his senior staff.

I agree with so many, the staff was a huge problem at this hotel, the failure was 100% down to them. Mark seems such a nice bloke needed to get tough on them.

I think Mark was ultimately let down by his staff, their attitude stank, they all needed clearing out .

I really like mark, he reminds me of so many in the hotel trade and that old couple were so sweet

If Mark could play piano, he'd make a superb Dudley Moore Impersonator (His "Arthur" character).
