They are immune specifically to the spiciness from capsaicin which gives most of your stereotypically spicy foods like chili and ghost peppers their spiciness. However, they are NOT immune to all spicy chemicals such as the spiciness chemicals found in wasabi. They also find certain foods spicy that we don&apos;t, specifically artificial grape of all things.

Creatures without molars (birds) swallow the seeds whole without crunching them, allowing the seeds to propagate when they poop. Capsaicin, the spicy compound, interacts with the receptors in our mouth that detect actual heat and tricks the sensors into going off. Bird heat receptors are different and do not interact with capsaicin.

  Something I&apos;ve started paying attention to with your content was their &quot;re-watchability&quot; after you had mentioned it in one of your previous videos. I think it&apos;s a mark of high-quality content, which I&apos;m sure is what you were aiming for when you made that goal, and it might be why other people&apos;s long-form content isn&apos;t nearly as interesting as yours. Great stuff as usual.
