  As a musician, performer, entertainer, producer, arranger, music director, and maestro, I never saw or found anything wrong with Barry White. He was top-knotch. Barry White didn't get all of the recognition he deserved or owed to him as his peers, but he had, and still have a very extraordinary special place in music.

  I grew up with Barry's music and it lives on for sure!   As good as it was, his voice was given to him. What impresses me the most was his determinination to turn his life around, leave the life that can only mean trouble, and point himself in a direction where he could be a positive role model.and inspiration for young people.  We need a lot more like Barry, God rest his soul.

  I taught at Birmingham High School, (the school Barry Jr. would have gone to if his Dad hadn’t sent him to military school), and one of my students went over to Barry’s house and got me an 8x10 framed autographed, to me, picture of Barry.  It hangs in my condo in Aventura, FL (Miami Beach). Barry’s grandchild my my granddaughter were on the same hip hop team in Los Angeles.  I had a conversation once with his daughter.  I told her how much joy her dad’s music gave to me.  I told her he was my favorite male singer and that my favorite song was his talking version of “I Love you Just the way you are”, and I want it played at my funeral.  I want my friends to know that.  She got tears her eyes, thanked me for telling her that and said it was her favorite song too and that it was sung at her wedding.  You KNOW he SANG IT TO HER.  His music will last forever.

  😅Barry White is the one that brings up the most recent episode in this series of his series of interviews with the characters in which he talks about how he was raised by his mother ❤ when he was young and how he had to deal with his life changing experiences with the world around him as he grew older and grew up in the world around the age when he was younger he said that now or never will I be the one who will make the decisions that I will always make for myself and then he did that and he walk into L.A. this was the best thing that happened for me I may have skipped School but it was the best thing I ever did and Barry White I’m so proud of you for being able to do this and you have done so well and you deserve much more than you have done for the world great job B.W.sending positive vibes to you in every aspect of your life ❤❤❤❤❤❤😅But I’m sadly about you not here anymore you will always be in my heart forever and forever ❤😢you that is the only way is to give you love R.I.H.B.W.5-4-2025….
