  My dog died recently. He was beautiful. I watched him go down hill for two months, from a healthy, bright, happy boy to a sickly, unmoving old man.<br><br>He was a blue healer. A typically incredibly active cattle dog that cannot sit still. And while he was dying, every day, he would try his damn fucking hardest to walk out to the veranda, down the steps, and into the garden to run around. Even when his limbs had no muscle left because he wasn&apos;t eating.<br><br>And I type this through my tears to tell you. That a few hours before he died, he pushed my door open by himself, which I have a 10 kilogram block of wood sitting in front of. Walked into my room, waking me up to see what the loud noise was, and lay down beside my bed. I woke up four hours later to find him cold and stiff.<br><br>Dogs do not want to sit still. Especially big ones. They will move until they die. They will go where they want unless you stop them.<br><br>This man is evil. He is abusing his animal. I hate him. I hate him more than you could imagine.
