  I've returned to two wheels after a gap of 35 years or so ,I'm 75,the standard of engineering on modern bikes are good,disk brakes reliable electrics etc gives you confidence in the Bike. You videos have given me confidence after there was little or no instruction on bike riding 60 years ago!  I returned to biking with a 125 due to the fact the licencing authorities did not recognise my licence when transferring to a French Licence-with that problem sorted I now have a Honda 650. I still follow some of you exercises you are never too old to improve as I want to get to my 76th birthday.

  Having my license for almost 15 years now, I find it important to re-review such things regularly. Never too old to learn something new!

  Before I rode a motorbike I took horse riding lessons,we were thought to keep our knees tight to the saddle by putting a coin between or knee and the horse this automatically put our feet in the correct position in the stirrup with your heel down.
