  Public proposal seems like a such uncomfortable situation for both sides. You can either get rejected in front of a crowd, or you may feel pressured to say yes, and if you say no then you look like the asshole

  I'm sorry, the second one was insane. Not only did he destroy their car, but did you hear her bloodcurdling screams and cries? That was HORRIBLE

  It&apos;s not the price of the ring or where he got it from. It&apos;s the fact that it seems like she&apos;d mentioned several times what she&apos;d like. If he wouldn&apos;t even listen to what she&apos;d like on the most important day of their relationship, I don&apos;t think the marriage has that much hope. I feel like if the ring was still something she loved and had expressed interest in, she wouldn&apos;t care as much about how much the ring was. But oh well.

  He didn&apos;t listen to her about the ring she wanted and he pressured her into saying yes by asking her infront of a load of people. But she&apos;s wrong for saying no? Women are hated when they go after money but she&apos;s hated for saying no when he spent a lot of money.

  Why do people propose in public 😭 not only are you doing it with the risk of your partner saying no, but you&apos;re also pressuring them to say yes because of all the people around.
