  Oh ! You guys definitely need to get this  moving under its own power then try it in the water !  This is the kind of things we love !  This project is very cool so please keep going with the next two or more if necessary but don’t stop until it’s even painted, this could be your back woods and swamp   search buggy 👍👍👍

  Well, we've all sat and watched it this far so I guess I for one would like to see the project be taken to the next step of making it all work. THEN try to float it. It's a fun project, but probably not a money maker. Sometimes you just have to do a project for fun and to gain knowledge. This could be one of them.

  My grandfather had one, he owned a car repair shop and junkyard, it was 18 acres of car&apos;s back in the 30s through the 70s. I will never forget the time he took me in the water with it, I was around 7 years old. &nbsp;There was a TV show back then called &quot;the banana splits&quot; they had one as well.<br>Edit: I&apos;m now in my late 60 s. &nbsp;It was a great time to be alive back then. It was called an Artic cat. Git er dun boys.

  The funny thing is, just a week ago I was reading about these vehicles. &nbsp;These are from the the early days and are part of what led to the modern Side by Side. &nbsp;Needs a full clean and restoration, there are countably few left.

  In the seventies things like this were in the back of comic books, always wanted one. I just got a late seventies &nbsp;Scrambler, missing drive parts and what was there was VERY rusty. Also got a walk behind mower (Ex-mark) with it for parts. Modified the mower to make a hydrostatic power train and made a joystick setup to control instead of the original steering wheel or using two sticks. Last weekend swapped the 4-1/2 for a 6 inch engine pulley to make it run faster. Had to change all chains and bearings, wires, cables, lights, nuts and bolts but it’s now my favorite thing I’ve reworked. Great show. 🤓👍

  I&apos;d love to see a part 2 to this episode! <br><br>I&apos;m especially interested to see how that jet pump works, and whether it actually is usable in the water.

  I say continue now that it will run (that&apos;s the hard part) chains are easy to make and the most expense will be tires. Start with 4 (one each corner) if you&apos;re nervous about it. These are generally collectable and if it will run and drive and float...you won&apos;t take a loss of money and probably make a nice profit if you sell it. Thanks for sharing this one (I&apos;m a small engine guy and restore old and oddball karts and bikes)

  Definitely get it all mechanically functioning. I&apos;d love to see it go with that little jet pump!
