I am also afraid of rejection so I try to do whatever others want. This gets me rejected criticized bullied and falsely accused. Its wonderful!! Someone has said here, that others forced them to do things and they did them out of a fear of rejection, but they regret doing them. Well I dont regret trying not to be abused. I was trying to survive. I often prayed asking God to redirect others focus away from bullying me, but I kept getting targeted. I have stopped asking for that.

Do not serve with eye-service, as men-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God whole-souled. Ephesians 6:6 Are you not putting God on the back burner? By the way, we always put God on the back burner when we serve an idol (an idol can be: a person, a thing, fear, our skill...) God wants you directly first, not through people!! We are to rely on God, not on man. If you rely absolutely on the teachings of some man, you may have a problem.❤️
