Likely the humans would not survive the trip. Cosmic rays, radiation. The moon astronauts discovered the effects of such on their bodies in only short missions. Heart problems, and eye problems as well

The description of what the experience of empty space might be like to a human I tried to imagine. <br>And all of the rest about what the experience might be like on the psyche, and everything else. Our daily travails, worries and adversity are all so infinitely trivial and frivolous in this incredible universe of existence.<br>At the end of this video you may experience a present numbness that no amount of intellectual endeavour can remotely fathom. You are transported into an interstellar void of sorts, spiritually unquantifiable and dispersed.
