  We where able to survive that big fall at the end of Poppy 4 thanks to the Air Jets builded in the GrabPack 2.0 (We do people always forgets that?)

  Boxy Boo died because he was specifically trained to eat humans, after the hour of joy, there were no more humans for him to eat, so he likley starved to death
