I kinda disagree that Ezreal necessarily counters Samira or Draven. Ezreal has the neutral, they do not. So Ezreal wins if he is allowed to maintain neutral and poke for free but he struggles against prolonged trades and all-ins. So it's completely up to the support matchup to decide who will get to do their thing

Ashe actually counters Kalista and makes it impossible for her to lane until after the lane. If she does not get fed, she will continually be useless against Ashe. Ashe just makes it near impossible for her to move and dash

I have played maybe against 3 ezreals that actually adds much to his team. I just don't think he is that great of a champ, I'd put him in A but maybe at really high ranking lobbies that changes a lot but most people don't know how ezreal plays and want you to be a hyper carry and treat his champ as such. I'd rather have a smolder on my team over ezreal. I will say tho a good trist will blow down your towers so quickly you'd think she was a side laner
