I met Michael at a track day in Cartagena. It was lunch break and he invited me into the garage to look over the bikes. He was really friendly and open👍👍

This is the best MD interview I have heard….congrats!<br>MD is the crowd favourite, in my eyes, most exciting rider to watch and follow as he is so determined.

What a humble, intelligent man. When you see him just about to start at the TT, of course he&apos;s focused and appears somewhat distant, that&apos;s what he has to do. What a wonderful interview. He&apos;s in the car with John, just two guys and its as if, the comparative safety and isolation of the wee mk 1 allows him to really open up. My already huge respect for this man has now went through the roof.

I hope it’s okay for me as a Dane from Scandinavia, &nbsp;to say I have utmost respect of Road Racers, this is one of the best &amp; honest interview I have seen.. I admire all of you who are during road races (top 1 to the last), after this interview, I have even more respect of MD.. the way he explains what was happening in the last 5+ years and why it went wrong, It takes a top guy to walk away knowing the press will be writing all sorts of stories afterwards, huge respect and all the best in 2023.

No idea how Michael can be so good and so fast without being full-time racing, I remember when I raced off-road I would get pumped up in my arse had a job to hold on

Fantastic interview, he`s special and his own man and the Hicken`s obviously think the man is special. I just love this guy.👍

I understand this interview better by knowing of his Family&apos;s unspoken charitable efforts over many years. Joey would load up the van with his bike and food/clothing because where they were racing many of the locals were destitute and he used his racing schedule to help where he was able without telling others. &nbsp;Quiet humility coupled with sheer determination. And Michael saw all that.

What an awesome insight into the man, the myth....THE Legend... Really enjoyed watching this and seeing how ordinary MD is, compared to others. He does his work, for the love and not the stardom. A great honest opinion. Fantastic!
