  The worst thing you can do is run home if a stranger is following ladies! Go to a nearby business or police station if possible.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AXMqs_-dEE&amp;t=940">15:40</a> &quot;closed to the public&quot; doesn&apos;t mean not accessable.<br><br>Keep in mind the light in the station was turned on, which is usual not the case In Abandoned stations, unless there is some maintenance work done or somewhere like that.<br><br>So this might be either a cutout or someone in a costume.<br>Both is possible without being supernatural entity.
