  Fun fact: The guy who voiced Griffon in DMC1 was an out of work opera singer who was embarrassed to take a voice acting role for a video game. He auditioned for the job because he needed the money, and only agreed to do it if he remained uncredited. I know that's not related to DMC2, but it's a fascinating piece of Devil May Cry history.

  I cannot believe someone is bothering. I'm not gonna defend this game but as someone who thoroughly beat almost every mode in a single night as a young lad, and then proceeded to hear people who never touched the game bash it to hell for the next 2 decades, I appreciate you coming along to actually play and analyse it, I'm sure it wasn't very engaging though so sorry about that 😂

  Fun fact, infested tank file description states: A tank possessed by an Infestant. The body coated by the demon armor is invulnerable to any attack<br>And then game guide says: Thankfully, their enemy file is incorrect and their armor is not invulnerable

  Devil May Cry 2, ironically, got two things right. The gun combat was the base for Gunslinger and it was the start of bloody palace.

  Good to know that the best devil may cry game in 2003 was in fact Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne: Featuring Dante from the Devil May Cry Series

  A Fun fact about the quick heart is that it&apos;s entirely skippable. Rolling is faster than running and you can roll in a certain way to pass the lowering bridge without collecting the quick heart at all.<br>I found this out when revisiting the area later into the game and finding the quick heart then. This also means the quick heart is never needed again.

  This is one of the few games that landed in &quot;video game limbo&quot; for me. It&apos;s absolutely unenjoyable, but so incredibly insignificant that I can&apos;t even call it bad. It&apos;s just a massive waste of time.
