A suggestion to make the other side of BGC more appealing and PLEASING to the eyes is to have the roofs of those homes painted orange for more cohesion. If you visit some European homes, the roofs are actually all uniformely colored orange. Even the newer homes in the US, the roof shingles are colored gray or black.
