1st house, 7 bedrooms ... that's perhaps the problem with a large budget, you get offered what the money can buy, it's not always what you need. :).<br>All three houses were special, each in their own way.<br>Thank you for uploading these. It gives me such a good feeling to be able to go through them again.

Lovely couple but she was clearly among the many that could not see past the current decor at all. If you love the hunting room, you can make all rooms in this house feel homely to you. And who has a problem with spending that amount of money and putting a new kitchen in with the storage she needs. Oh, well, I do hope they found their dream property.

People come in wanting "land", with no idea of what they will use it for. Paddocks don't just sit there. They need grazing, possible fence/wall maintenance, and ditto woodland. These two seemed very picky, but also vague at the same time !

Didn't care for house 3. Or the rentals. Bad choices for all the interior finishes. 1 and 2 needed work, but they both had land.

I was hoping they would go for the second house but they felt that it was too remote for them. A pity as it was so beautiful.<br><br>I am not from europe let alone the UK. Do the winters get that severe in wales ?
