I've heard Bernie often, making these same points, but somehow this time, it moves me to tears. To see this gallant man, at 85 years old, still fighting for the rights of working people, is so moving. He could be taking it easy at home with his family and friends, but still he's out there tirelessly championing a decent quality of life for all, not just the wealthy. My idea of a hero.

I’m helping my of 33+ years take care of my mother in law (86) and in the past 7 months healthcare has gotten worse, in Mexico my sister takes care of my 96 year old mother and the Dr. comes to her house to check on my mother and takes all the fluids necessary for testing. Here in Az is so hard just to get OT and PT to come to our house after my mother in law hospital stay, there’s no way a doctor will came and check on her like they do in Mexico and other countries. We as a nation needs to stand behind people like Bernie Sanders.
