  The barriers at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=809KIjkSh2A&amp;t=1385">23:05</a> are actually less for the drivers and more for people in those residential areas because they reduce car noise!

  I love being the tax write off for more japan content, I&apos;m getting drip fed with random youtubers in japan and once in a while it&apos;s people I actually watch, I love it
