It's funny. For years curmudgeonly musos spent a lot of energy maligning Ringo's drumming. Yet every time there is a reaction video by a young person, new to the band, they invariably home in on the solid, expressive drum parts that Mr Starkey gave us. It warms this old guy's heart - so thank you!

Imagine this dropping in the sixties? The sixties! Ending their musical careers as a band and none of them had even reached thirty years of age. That level of talent one cannot even grasp or imagine. They were a miracle all right!

This was the Beatles' mike drop at the end of their career. It may not ever be equaled.

The Beatles is music for angels, not for us sinners... Not everyone understands this music... I am not American, English... I am from the "inside the iron curtain" of communism... My country has the symbol RO... You people from democratic countries don't know what Western or American music meant to thousands of young people from communist countries... This music was sold on the "black market" (on tapes)... That's it in short... I am 78 years old and over many years I have formed a great culture in Western music... For me The Beatles is the BIBLE of music... I don't know any other Bibles!... This music can bring people of different ethnicities, cultures, customs, traditions together on this planet... A message of friendship for everyone!
