  I always look forward to watching your videos because first off your voice is pretty soothing, and also, I lovee how you dig really deep into the topics that you cover and do a ton of research.   Enjoying this video! I respect and even enjoy some of the minimalist modern art of a number of the most well-known artists 👩🏼‍🎨 of this genre. In regards to Piet Mondrian, again, respect for what he did, because it was groundbreaking, but aesthetically, his art and art similar to his, is just not pleasing to me to look at. It does not create any emotion in me...for color, shapes, composition, light...nothing. So while I respect what was apparently his vision to simplify art to its barest of elements, in this effort he was successful. But that&apos;s as far as it goes for me. My ex-husband once bought a sweater for me that looked very close to a Mondrian painting...a few red &amp; yellow blocks, black straight lines and white background. I rarely wore it and when I did, I never liked it. I eventually donated it to a thrift store. Someone else may have loved it...I hope so. We all have our preferences and what triggers beauty and attraction in our minds, but just doesn&apos;t in others.

  noteworthy: on the other side of the &apos;plein&apos; &nbsp;the &apos;concertgebouw&apos;: one of the best concerthalls in the world, with in it the &apos;concertgebouworkest&apos; : the best ( if not at least top five) classical orchestra in the world. So not only a district for (visual) art lovers, but also for music lovers ...
