  For number 9, you gotta remember, sleds don't have brakes, so if you stop your car from a high enough speed, those kids are smashing into the back of your car, and if you decide to back up, forgetting they're there, they're getting run over

  Well if you do not fill up before going into Autobahn you deserve to be legal trouble because you're in danger in hundreds of drivers and passengers alike

  #40-- The reason is because while Dad is busy on the farm and needs a part or more baling twine or something, the kid can run in to town and get what Dad needs so dad doesn't have to stop what he's doing and waste time. Idaho was like that when I got my license, and yes, I was the designated gofer

  I agree on the splashing water because you can also lose control and running out of gas should be common sense.

  Re towing of toboggans or sleds,  what happens if the car has to brake suddenly?  The toboggan has no brakes!  Yery sensible law .

  Headlight use under all conditions, at all times, is so common for motorcycles, they haven't even had a headlight on/off switch since some time in the early 1970s

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7vEGJBFrH2s&amp;t=1433">23:53</a> it&apos;s a clash between people who can&apos;t understand that using a handheld device whilst driving was already a potential offence under driving without due care and attention (careless driving) and consider as there&apos;s no specific law against it it is not illegal, and politicians who just create a law without fully considering what the total effect of the wording means (often a knee jerk reaction).

  Oh the slam door i so agree! My neighbors slammed so hard you can hear it 3 houses down... i hate when people slam my door , is just annoying.
