In full seriousness:
Please, Sal, make resource chickens.
Yeah they take 250 of an item to turn, but they give infinite resources back.
Now that you have AE2, there are blocks that accelerate the growth of crops. You can use those to grow melons for the seeds, and use the seeds to breed/grow chickens.
Once you have a 10/10/10 chicken, you give it, say, 250 Ender Pearls to turn it into an Ender chicken who gives you the pearls infinitely as long as it has seeds.

Hi Sal, just so you know, netherite gear has a higher enchantability value than diamond gear, so if you're making fresh gear and not just upgrading old gear, it's more worth it to enchant after upgrading the diamond armour and tools to netherite, same reason why people use gold tools to enchant if they're able to strip the enchantments off of the tools, as gold has the highest enchantability value in the base game. The difference isn't too much but if you ever try to max out gear, it can come in handy

If you do 300 days, You could easily make a 3x3x1 beacon setup, and with so much roof space, I imagine you could do a color change setup to make your beacon rgb using pistons, really give the temple some flair

The Resource Generator is meme-worthy levels of obnoxious resource cost for little return. The Ultimate Crafting Table almost feels like a meme, honestly.
