A few crucial points prove Tobey’s Spider-Man takes this victory against the Fox X-Men. First, the only reason Magneto was able to manipulate the prison guard's blood is because Mystique explicitly injected that guard with a massive amount of iron. Unless she does that to Spider-Man beforehand, Magneto cannot manipulate Peter's body, and because Magneto is much older with regular human reflexes, he physically cannot keep up with Spider-Man’s speed. Furthermore, Peter 2's Spider-Sense is much more than a simple warning detector; as shown in Spider-Man 1, it expands his entire perception to let him view his 360-degree environment in slow motion to identify all potential threats simultaneously. No matter what attacks the X-Men throw at him, he will perceive them at a crawl and dodge them easily. While Professor X is a legendary telepath, the rules of Spider-Man: Brand New Day establish that the Spider-Sense actively cancels out telepathic abilities unless Peter willingly lets someone in, completely neutralizing Charles Xavier and Jean Grey. Since most of the X-Men have normal human durability and prefer to hide back defensively, Peter can use his slow-motion vision to pick them apart, bypass their cover, and easily one-shot the majority of the roster with his massive physical strength before they can even react.

Give him Black Suit and it's no debate trust. OH aside from that, I hope they use some Sam Raimi trilogy soundtracks for sum of Tobey's scenes

Maybe Dr Conners still has that symbiote that Peter gave to him

Okay, no even without No Way Home, Tobey's Spider-Man is not just equal to Andrew in Strength, AP, or Durability.

He Literally contended with Giant Sandman, surviving multiple blows, who are above his City Block scaling in 2 via Fusion Reactor and the subway earthquake scene.

Magneto cannot control iron blood on his own.
Mystique dosed the guy with high amount of iron so that Magneto could escape.
