  Dear Bishop,<br>You don’t know how The Lord is using your sermons to reach millions. The clarity of your messages are unmatchable. A lot of none Catholics listen to you. I know some Pentecostal pastors who love to listen to you. May God continue to bless you and your ministry and may He continue to use you for the expansion of His kingdom.

  I was lucky once as I saw a real shepherd with his flock. I was driving somewhere in south Bavaria, Germany and north Switzerland. I had to stop as the Shepperd stopped the traffic so his flock could cross the road. It was a magical moment. So humble! Listening to the sheep cross the road so confident and trusting. I am lucky to see what the Lord Jesus meant! Thank you lord.

  The best presentation of leadership (in the secular sense, too) that I have ever heard. Leadership, as opposed to management. Should be shown at every management training seminar!
