  Thanks for this thoughtful story. I am a retired nurse with ER experience in Texas during the Vietnam War. Your story captures morals, evaluations and actions influenced by those factors better than I have heard/read/seen here. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

  Your son was extremely intelligent &amp; brave. He loved you very much &amp; that’s the most important thing of all. I lost my son 17 months ago &amp; I miss him every single day. I know he loved me &amp; he knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I loved him. Another great story. Thank you!
