  That final race when you were trying to outrun the blue shell was intense and honestly one of the coolest things Ive seen in mario kart

  The fact that you outran a blue shell for the full 30 seconds for over a whole track and a third is insane

  The AI struggles with the increased speed. It's like when 200cc was introduced on  the WiiU version of the game. On some maps, the AI really struggles and you can easily lap some of them, but on maps like Cheese Land they somehow abuse the speed really hard.

  The last race is clearly the most epic thing I've seen in Mario Kart, Red Falcon was no longer even trying to win against cpus that go 200% faster, but against literally a blue shell xD And damn, it was one of the best circuits to do that with his music

  I always wondered why CPUs had set car combinations, like they're never just completely randomized and they can't use the gold parts

  That last race makes me want some kind of &quot;Shadow Shell&quot; mode where it&apos;s kinda like Time Trial but 5 seconds after you start, you start getting chased by a shadow shell that acts like a blue shell but moves a little bit slower BUT if it hits you, you just get a game over.

  not only does the diamond cart have insane op stats, its also fast enough to outrun blue shells. damn.
