HOA's should be outlawed. <br>Residents of an HOA might as well be inmates in a prison, surrendering Constitutional Rights, and property rights and freedoms, at the whims of a committee.

The irony of the former board president and her husband blocking zoning approval for the new access road. Their actions don't affect the non-hoa owner, it's no skin off his nose given the $15,000 3 year agreement that goes to $25,000 after the original term. It would just impact the HOA residents financially.

First meeting with the HOA lawyer and Linda when you told him that they had 90 days to discuss the offer. I would have added, but if there is any defamation, harassment, vandalism or property damage to my property during that 90 days I will immediately assume it is from the HOA and all bets are off!!!
