Common people ను ద్రుష్టి లో పెట్టుకొని 35 నుంచి 40 లక్షల వరకు Flat రేటు పెడితే అన్ని Flat లు అమ్ముడైపోతాయి.కోట్లు ఖరీదు పెడితే Ghost cities అవుతాయి.

Cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore are over burdened with population and traffic. It's the time we start to develop tier 2 and 3 cities so that it gives an opportunity to people to move out of these cities. I hope Andhra creates another Hyderabad like city so we get some relief.
