You must have a great team working for you. Chopping the onions to this amount must be exhausting and also all that peeling of garlic skin must be hardwork. People don't realise the amount of work going into creating curries in a restaurant. Stay blessed.

Thanks Latif. I’m 73 and have been been eating Indian food since attending a course in London in 1977. After years of disasters in the kitchen your tuition has taught me to actually make BIR quality curries. I’m now a happy man 👍

I am retired living in Northern Thailand, I miss my Indian food from back in Northern UK. I used to go to an Indian Restaurant in Leyland and have the most fantastic dish it was called Murg Charg Quite red in colour very aromatic and I have never seen it on a Menu anywhere else, If you know it and can show us how to make it, well you would make an old man very happy indeed.
