  Ok, I’m convinced. Instead of Tofino I’m heading to Ucluelet next time! What a gorgeous place and the town looks so chill and charming. I want all those mugs!

  Our favorite city in BC by far.  My husband and I vacation there every year if we can.  We live just outside of Vancouver, and it's still one of the most beautiful of the over 30 countries I have visited.

  For anyone not familiar with the area, Ucluelet and Tofino are close enough that you can absolutely stay in one and visit the other.  That's what we do - stay in Ucluelet (like the setting there better with the wild coast and forest) and pop over to Tofino for their beaches on multiple days.

  I love Ucluelet and it's tiny little town! Years ago we stayed here (at Black Rock Resort, too!) because Tofino accommodations were soo expensive. It was a great place, really loved it and exploring the black rocks by the water.

  Hello!CJ!!!!!! Good evening !!!!!! The Canada nature its so spectacular place in this world!!!!!! In this  place the forest ,water  , food and drinks are so good!!!! I love super wiew I see now!!!!   I grew up on Vancouver Island in the 60’s and it is special, in Campbell River now and watching amazing views daily including Humpback Whales, Orca’s, Sea Lions daily, truly an amazing Island

  We wound up staying in Ucluelet back in 2017 during our &quot;coals to Newcastle&quot; tour of Vancouver Island. I found Ucluelet to be a better spot to stay. It was less crowded, less touristy, and much more interesting than Tofino. Highly recommend staying in Ucluelet if you visit Pacific Rim National Park.<br><br>By the way, those deer were Jaywalking in Ucluelet. No respect for the law. In Victoria the deer often use the crosswalks (I&apos;m not kidding!).
