  Quick breakdown since this term gets thrown around loosely: an AI agent usually needs three things: a goal instead of a single question, the freedom to decide its own steps to reach that goal, and a loop where it can act and adjust before it&apos;s done.<br><br>What&apos;s shown here does technically hit that bar in the narrowest way possible. It&apos;s given a goal (&quot;find the 5 most important AI stories&quot;) and it decides how many searches to run and what to prioritize. So it&apos;s not nothing, may be I can call it as a small Web Seach Agent. <br><br>But it&apos;s the simplest possible version: one tool (web search), no memory between runs, no learning from yesterday&apos;s report. And the &quot;scheduling&quot; part at the end isn&apos;t the agent part at all, that&apos;s just automation, a cron job wrapped around a prompt. Conflating &quot;I scheduled a prompt to repeat&quot; with &quot;I built an agent&quot; is where this oversells itself, your title of the video might make a notion in new learners mind that &quot;this is so simple&quot; but in reality it takes proper learning. Also worth noting: this is gated behind Claude&apos;s paid Cowork tier, not free.

  You explained - basically finished. An AI agent is slightly different because instead of giving the AI one question, we give it a job or an outcome that we want it to achieve. The AI can then work through the steps required to complete that job. Depending on the task, it might search the internet, read multiple sources, compare information, work with files, use connected apps, organize everything, and then give you the final result.<br>BUT - WOULDN&apos;T A WELL WRITTEN PROMPT DO ALL THIS ? <br>With a paid Chatgpt subscription, a well written prompt can do all these things just by giving it a prompt with step by step guidance and the final deliverable expectation.
