  I had no idea you made the Pandan flavoring for the roti dough from fresh Pandanus leaves. I assumed you just used bottled green Pandan flavoring sold in Asian markets. You put a lot of work into your dough and I appreciate your hygienic preparation. You are very skilled at forming the dough into a square right before cooking. I wish we had these roti in the US. You put in an incredible amount of work just into the dough preparation so early while the roosters are still crowing and then have to work so much longer on your feet making roti for your customers while smiling. I couldn’t do it.😁 I’m glad you are a big success for all of your hard work while taking care of your family.

  I have been watching her for a long long time. We need people like her in America. She is so hard working. From sun up to sun down she is hard at work making a living. If half of the Americans here worked like her we'd have such a better country than what we have now.

  Wow, Puy is such a hard worker. All of the preparation beforehand, the making of the roti’s and the breakdown at the end of the day. She is an amazing woman who is so well deserving of all of her success. A true inspiration.

  She is One in a Million type of woman. So precious. So inspiring and fun to watch at. &nbsp;It takes tremendous amount of energy and stamina to mix dough like that. Kudos to your passion, energy and work.
