For 6 yrs I Ramadan with the Nation Of Islam. One meal a day during Ramadan. My doctor is still amazed today of my not taking or being on any medication. (All praise is due to the most high!) (Still practice eating one meal a day.)

I’ve been eating one meal a day since April of 2025. I was 320lbs. Today Jan 29th. I am 235lbs. Some days I go 2 days without eating because I feel so much closer to my highest self that I don’t want to break my fast. I feel better than I ever have. More mental clarity. More emotional intelligence. I completely changed my eating habits not just one meal but a meal that counts and feeds my mind body and soul.
