  Both Kentucky and Houston were in adjacent brackets back in 2018. Houston was the #6 seed in the WEST (#1 Xavier) and Kentucky was the #5 seed in the SOUTH (#1 Virginia). UNC (top seed in that 2019 bracket was the #2 seed in the 2018 WEST bracket).

  Man this team should have went farther than they did that year. An man the next year Ashton Hagans, Immanuel Quickly, Tyrese maxey were the best front court in the country an man they probably would have made a run hadn't covid hit. They were playing better than anyone in the country late season. Loved that squad. And people say Cal is washed up, shii that team 2019-20 I'd about bet would have atleast made it to the final four if not won it all. Nick Richards and Ashton Hagans we're both playing out of their minds and tyrese maxey was a walking bucket. Man what could have been 😩
