This appears to be a Pacific Rim AI production; Korea, China, etc. The editors may not understand the substance of the translation, only the words used.

$1,400,000 could be spoken as "$1.4 million" instead of the awkward ""one thousand four hundred thousand". AI is NOT doing a good job at narrating stories since it often mispronounces words and place names.

You illustrate an important point. I was on a jury involving a lawsuit against a contractor. Findings (jury) from a previous civil court case were allowed in as fact. Juries really are the finders of fact. The facts have been “proved up”. Judges rule on matters of law. So, finding facts in this employment lawsuit make it easy and less risky for other employees to file their own suit.

The voice said 'two thousand two hundred dollars', while the text showed two million, two hundred thousand dollars. Then later, 'One thousand 400 dollars 'when the value shown was One million four hundred thousand dollars. Can' the AI read its own story?.
