  The story behind The Forgotten Method of Body Transformation by Andrew Parker is what initially caught my attention. Someone who struggled with his own weight before spending years studying fitness, nutrition, habits, and personal development has a pretty interesting perspective. After reading the book, I can understand why his approach stood out to people. It feels much more focused on building something sustainable instead of chasing a temporary result.

  Sounds unconstitutional no? To be called into a room with 2 FBI agents, questioned without a lawyer out of the blue and then forced out of a fight that he had to train and work for. He doesn't say it, but if he was smart he should sue the department and get some money out of it.
