if these smolering patients get diagnosed with amyloidosis on screening like renal involvement, then is it no longer smoldering myeloma but now classified as myeloma as it now meets CRAB?

That me in a nutshell! Based on my light chain Kappa/lambda. A History of carpal tunnel syndrome and blood engorged biceps.muscle, and now debilitating so called HFpEF I FINALLY GOT MY CARDIOLOGIST TO INVESTIGATE FUTHE BY INSISTING SHE DOES A GLOBAL LONGITIDINAL STAIN WITH MY CARDIAC ECHOGRAM.
